Conference Themes

The first circular envisaged a platform for fruitful dialogue on language-interpreting quality. It brought together a variety of perspectives and promoted exchange at different levels: The conference addressed a number of topics, including, but not limited to the following: quality criteria in different interpreting settings, user expectations and needs, quality perception and quality measurement, quality assurance in the interpreting process, nonprofessional interpreting, and method transfer across disciplines.

Information about the final selection of topics is available in the different sections of the Programme, in particular in the section Presentations.
