Conference Flow

ICIQ3 was held 5–7 October 2017. This is an outline of the Academic Programme:

Thursday: Themed Parallel Sessions (with Oral Presentations and a Special Round Table), as well as a Keynote Address
Friday: Three Plenary Debates, a Poster Session and a Special Lecture
Saturday: One Plenary Round Table and a Keynote Address

Conference Formats

One of the key goals of ICIQ3 was to foster lively exchange among participants. This shaped the choice of formats used in this conference:

Keynote Addresses and lectures by some of the most reknowned experts in the field.
Three Plenary Debates, which was open to all delegates.
Two Round Tables: a plenary round table, intended to build a common ground of ideas on interpreting quality, and another one devoted to remote interpreting.
Oral Presentations, grouped in Themed Parallel Sessions.
A Poster Session, with no other activities running at the same time.

Moreover, a Photo Exhibition was held at the venue during the conference.
